Nahoru na mazanec se tak\u00e9 d\u011bl\u00e1 k\u0159\u00ed\u017e jako symbol k\u0159es\u0165anstv\u00ed.&#13; Na mazanec budete pot\u0159ebovat 350g hladk\u00e9 mouky, 150ml ml\u00e9ka, 85g rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla, 70g cukru krupice, 30g rozinek dop\u0159edu namo\u010den\u00fdch v rumu, 45g pl\u00e1tkovan\u00fdch mandl\u00ed, 20g \u010derstv\u00e9ho dro\u017ed\u00ed, 3 \u017eloutky, vanilkov\u00fd cukr, citronovou k\u016fru, vejce na pot\u0159en\u00ed a \u0161petku soli.&#13; Do m\u00edsy dejte pros\u00e1tou mouku, oba cukry a s\u016fl, prom\u00edchejte a vytvo\u0159te ve st\u0159edu d\u016flek. Do d\u016flku nalijte ml\u00e9ko a p\u0159idejte rozdroben\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed, prom\u00edchejte s \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mouky.&#13; &#13; Vytvo\u0159te t\u011bst\u00ed\u010dko podobn\u00e9 l\u00edvancov\u00e9mu a to nechte kynout 20 minut. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte \u017eloutky, m\u00e1slo i citronovou k\u016fru a poctiv\u011b zad\u011blejte t\u011bsto. Chce to zad\u011bl\u00e1vat aspo\u0148 10 minut. Pot\u00e9 p\u0159idejte rozinky a mandle a je\u0161t\u011b prohn\u011b\u0165te. Nechte t\u011bsto kynout asi hodinu, pot\u00e9 jej vyklopte na v\u00e1l a sto\u010dte do bochn\u00ed\u010dku. Ten dejte na plech a nechte kynout asi 90 minut. Mezi t\u00edm rozeh\u0159ejte troubu na 160\u00b0C a mazanec pot\u0159ete vejcem.
